Krystal Taylor is a certified Tantra yoga instructor and sensual embodiment guide who helps people reconnect with their bodies, heal through the sacred arts, and experience spirituality as something deeply human—and deeply felt. Teaching yoga since 2011 and practicing Tantra since 2015, Krystal blends ancient yogic wisdom, ancestral traditions, and her own modern, down-to-earth approach to pleasure and healing. Through her work, she empowers others to transform sexual energy into spiritual power—turning desire, movement, and self-love into rituals of liberation and wholeness.

 

Krystal's own spiritual journey towards sexual healing began as a post collegiate athlete trying to heal from hip injuries. In her quest to unlock her hips, she began to practice mind-body exercises like yoga and Tantra that led to her unlocking so much more. These ancient Eastern sciences helped enhance her emotional intelligence and intuitive awareness . The practice of Tantra and Yoga not only led to an ever evolving spiritual journey but showed her how our sexual energy had the ability to enhance the conscious mind. 

 

Teaching others the importance of healing, maturing, and understanding their sexual nature as human beings became even more important to Krystal after she studying the historical connection between sexual violence and colonization of countries around the world.  Krystal believes that bridging the gap between spirituality and sexuality is no longer a mystical science meant for only the privileged in society to understand, but a critical pursuit for anyone who wants to be liberated to have autonomy over their bodies and prioritize their birth right to pleasure.
