This beginner-friendly workshop is an invitation to reconnect with your body through intuitive, sensual movement and somatic awareness.
Sensual Embodiment is not about performance, choreography, or “doing it right.”
It’s about listening inward… slowing down… and allowing movement to arise naturally from sensation, breath, and feeling.
